A Local Organic Thanksgiving from Just This Farm

Just This Farm has 70 organically pasture-raised
turkeys available for you this year and a box of organic
accompaniments for a full Thanksgiving dinner.

The turkeys have lived natural lives on an organic pasture,
breathing clean air and eating clovers, grass, and insects,
as well as supplemental grain. They have never had any
synthetic hormones or antibiotics.

The lean organic turkey meat at Just This Farm:
• tastes wonderful
• is a sound source of high-density, low-fat protein
• contains many beneficial nutrients, including selenium,
zinc, niacin, beta-carotene, and Vitamins B6, B12 and E.

After processing, the final weight of the birds will be from
12 to 25+ pounds. Our fresh (not frozen) turkeys are priced
at $3.49 per pound.

Thanksgiving Boxes

This year, Just This Farm can provide most of the food you
need for your Thanksgiving celebration, all raised organically, in a Thanksgiving box that serves 6-8 adults. The portion of
the box that includes vegetables and eggs is $48, plus the
actual cost of the turkeys by pound. For larger parties, just
purchase extra boxes of accompaniments.

In addition to taste-tested recipes, those who order our full Thanksgiving boxes will receive:

Mesclun salad mix, plus hardy greens such as kale and mustard greens	Yukon Gold potatoes (for delicious mashed potatoes) and sweet potatoes	Winter squashes (Acorn, Butternut, Kabocha, Delicata) - all great for pies	One whole, fresh, pasture-raised processed turkey, sized for your meal
