Just This Farm Seed Garlic

Since 1999, Just This Farm has been owned and operated by Kevin Eigel. A long-time organic gardener, Kevin is concerned with growing the most nutritionally rich food he can and in leaving the production acres, pasture, and pond on the farm in better condition than when he arrived.

Nature has responded to this kind of care. The farm soil, enriched through much compost and a variety of minerals, now teems with life. The general diversity of wildlife on the farm has also increased.

As Kevin notes, “the effort to improve the soil translates into delicious and nutritious food for our customers.” Among the
foods that this rich soil helps us produce are: asparagus,
garlic, lettuce and other greens, herbs, summer and winter
squash, edible soybeans (edamame), black berries, root
crops, eggs, cut flowers, pastured poultry and grass-fed beef.
